What Are Curbside Appeal Grants?

Curbside appeal grants are grants of varying amounts that are given to lucky applicants at a pre-specified General Meeting. You must be a member of Tower Homes Association to be eligible.

Applicants need only to send a postcard to THA (P.O. Box 16401, Kansas City, MO 64112-6401) or fill out a contact form for Chad Potter during the application period, which is announced to all members. Applicant must put their name, address and phone number as well as the proposed curbside project that will be concluded in pre-specified period of time.

Curbside appeal grants are for outdoor projects that are updates to your property and MUST be visible from the street. The goal is to improve our neighborhood by helping to alleviate the financial burden of landscaping and updates, including outdoor lighting projects.

Applicant MUST be present to win the grant, as your name will be put into a pool of other approved applicants and drawn out during the meeting. If you are NOT present, you will not win.

Winners of grant money will be given a deadline to return the RECEIPTS of their project back to Tower Homes Association. The deadline is always before the next year's drawing. Receipts must total the amount of the grant that they received to do their project.
